Nagy Karoly Gabriel 248f1a25e9 dietlibc: new gcc>4.7 with -O2 or above will try to optimise some string functions, this fails with dietlib so we disable with -fno-optimize-strlen

Nagy Karoly Gabriel a8351f29f5 dietlibc: Ripped ttyname_r from uClibc and added it to dietlibc. Needed by busybox at least if not by other software.
