  • add key words to vscode's dictionary (cspell)
  • simplify/standarize function names to avoid repeating the package name
  • refactor error handling so errors can be properly handled downstream

fix go.mod version 47d0d5d0a4 
having 1.21.1 there makes go fmt require 1.23 to check the files
