libnet: changed project and download URL to the archive provided by the openwall project

Note:

The original site of the author (packetfactory.net) disapeared quite some
time ago but people from the openwall provide an archive hosting most
of the stuff formerly available on packetfacktory.net.

If you might wonder the unversioned libnet.tar.gz has exactly the same cksum
like the original libnet-1.1.2.1.tar.gz. I checked that!
