tar: fixed stage 0 build when glibc >= 2.16 is installed on the build host (see note!)

Note:

This patch was taken from the current 'master' branch of the opensde package
repository. The only difference is that here we only apply this patch at
toolchain stage (aka stage 0).

Since the 2.16 release of the glibc, 'gets' is not defined in the gnulib anymore
This is a hack until upstream pulls in a new gnulib version
Within gnulib this issue was already adsressed in the following commit:
