dovecot: Updated (1.2.15 -> 2.0.0) (see important note!)

Note:

The sieve and manage-sieve stuff was removed from the package because it will
be packaged into its own package. Because dovecot2 became more modular, also
providing development headers and libraries there is no real need for having
a fully compiled dovecot source tree to build a plugin.
Nevertheless the 'old' way to build plugins is still supported!
