lm_sensors: Updated (2.10.3 -> 3.1.2) (see note!)

Note:

lm_sensors 2.10.x is the legacy branch for Linux 2.4.10+, whereas 3.1.x
is the latest release of the stable branch, for Linux 2.6.5+.
It supports all the devices your kernel supports, as it no longer contains
chip-specific code.
