Revert "guile: Updated (1.8.8 -> 2.0.5)"

This reverts commit aa22c9ad4f.

Seems the world is not prepared for guile 2.0.x yet, because most 3rd. party
bindings seem to rely on guile 1.8.x. One particular example is gnutls where
building the guile bindings fail at least on x86-64.
