[I] Randomizes lines of input text
[T] Rl is a command-line tool that reads lines from an input file or stdin,
[T] randomizes the lines and outputs a specified number of lines. It does
[T] this with only a single pass over the input while trying to use as
[T] little memory as possible. Users should look at the shuf command from
[T] GNU coreutils instead for a better-supported implementation.
