Note:
Because OpenSDE is not supporting linux kernel series 2.4 anymore, this
update removes the the respective grsecurity patch for that version from
the downloads.
Additionally it changed to download an 3rd. party iptables patch which
implements gradm match target support but the integration of this patch
is not done yet.

botan: fixed by adding '--cpu=$arch_machine' while configuring so it can properly use the optimized code for the target architecture (see note)

Note:
Without using the '--cpu' configure option the configure script will try to
guess for what architecture the code should be optimized.
The problem was noticed while trying to build an i686 target on x86-64 build
host, which utterly failed without properly specifying the target architecture.

gnupg2: fixed shared files issue with gnupg package to not install gpg-zip manpage (see note)

Note:
As the 'tools/Changelog' shows, gpg-zip is not installed with gnupg2 because
it gets installed by gnupg. Strangely gnupg2 still tries to install a gpg-zip
manpage which ofcourse conflicts too.
