Add the following to /etc/xinetd.conf:

service swat
{
        socket_type             = stream
        port                    = 901
        protocol                = tcp
        wait                    = no
        user                    = root
        server                  = D_sbindir/swat
}

And the following to /etc/services:

swat    901/tcp # SWAT (Samba Administration Tool)
